Ongoing Evaluation and Compliance

Award Structure and Use of Funds:
- The award is a fixed-amount grant designed to fully support a fixed 24-month A/I fellowship.
- Movement of unspent funds from Year 1 to Year 2 is permitted within that 24-month window without prior approval.
- Funds may not be used beyond 24 months (for example, not to support a third fellowship year).
- If more than 10% of the total award is projected to remain unspent 90 days before the end date, we ask that a brief spending plan be submitted for approval describing how the remaining funds will be used before closeout.
- The College requests return of funds only in cases of material non-compliance (such as missed reporting, program closure, or inability to fill the fellowship slot) or failure to provide required annual reports.
- The College reserves the right to review and audit any program funded under this grant to ensure compliance with all grant terms.
