Take our HAE survey

ACAAI is working with The Harris Poll, a leading independent polling and insights firm, to conduct a study among physician, nurse practitioner and physician assistant members. The study is designed to learn more about the care and needs of your hereditary angioedema (HAE) patients.

We are reaching out to you directly because your perspective is important to the College.

If you qualify, complete the 10-minute survey and are one of the first 105 respondents, you will receive a $50 honorarium that you can donate directly to The Allergists’ Foundation (ACAAI Foundation) if you choose. Just provide your name and contact information at the end of the survey. Your contact information will not be linked to your survey responses and will only be used to send your honorarium or to record your donation.

Please complete the survey right away to qualify for the honorarium.

A few key points:

  • The survey and all data collected resides on Harris Poll servers, not the College’s servers.
  • Your participation will remain anonymous and confidential. The College will not be provided access to any personally identifiable information (e.g., name, email address) about survey participants unless participants grant The Harris Poll permission to do so or if the participants want to donate their honorarium to The Allergists’ Foundation (ACAAI Foundation).
  • Results will be reported in aggregate only.
  • The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.
  • Your email address or survey information will not be used by The Harris Poll for any additional research or marketing purposes without your permission.

If you have questions, please contact Gina Steiner, ACAAI director of communications.
