May is Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month

With spring in full swing, your patient load is probably at a seasonal peak, and you’re providing relief to countless people with allergies and asthma. It’s a fitting time of the year for National Asthma & Allergy Awareness Month, celebrated in May.

Asthma and allergies are in the spotlight this month, and you’ll want to make the most of it. It’s a great opportunity to spread factual information and share your expertise on allergic conditions. What can you do?

Start with the College’s Asthma and Allergy Awareness Toolkit.  It’s full of ideas for community/media outreach, virtual presentations, patient education, videos for your practice website and topics for your practice newsletter.
