This one-day, hands-on workshop is designed to train physicians and allied health professionals on safely and appropriately mixing allergen extracts in compliance with USP Chapter 797 standards. The course features didactic sessions covering allergens, mixing regulations, safety in the compounding area, and documentation, followed by hands-on training in garbing, glove-tip and media fill tests, and small group discussions with experts. Lunch and all supplies are provided.
