Have you explored the College member website lately?

The  College’s member website is designed for allergists – so you can provide the best patient care. Save time and hassle with the wide range of clinical, educational and practice management information right at your fingertips. Below are some resources you’ll want to explore.

Outbreak and Vaccine Resource Center
Visit this page for a roundup of important, timely and trustworthy information about outbreaks of respiratory illnesses, vaccine recommendations, and vaccine safety communications. New resources continue to be added.

Drug Allergy Protocol Online Library
The Drug Allergy Protocol Online Library is a comprehensive collection of protocols providing practical, evidence-based strategies for understanding and implementing drug allergy testing protocols.

Toolkits
The Practice Management section of the College member website features 26 toolkits with a wealth of resources to help you run an efficient and profitable practice.  You’ll find information on business management, clinical topics and coding & payment. Our toolkits often take a complicated topic, such as RVUs or prior authorization – and break it down into easily digestible information and ready-to-use tools. There’s even a toolkit that addresses the needs of FITS and early-career allergists. View our newest toolkit for employed allergists!

Career Center
Take advantage of the ACAAI Career Center’s many opportunities – job listings, interviewing tips, job alerts, free resume review, company directory, and more. Whether you are looking for a job or looking for someone to fill a position, the ACAAI Career Center is your one-stop shop.

A glimpse into the future
In 1992, for the College’s 50th anniversary, members were asked to make predictions about the future of allergy in 25 years. For the College’s 75th anniversary, members looked to see if the 1992 predictions came true – and made a few new predictions for the College’s 100th anniversary in 2042. Check out which ones came true and where some allergists think allergy/immunology is headed.
