In the spirit of our all-new revamped Annual Scientific Meeting, Nov. 15-19 in Seattle, our networking and social events are better than ever, too! With Instagram-worthy food and drinks, they’re the perfect place to start your night. After spending your day in sessions, check out these opportunities to hang out, catch up and have some fun:
- President’s Welcome Reception, Friday, Nov. 16, 6:00 – 7:30 pm – This year, the College is bringing you seriously sumptuous hors d'oeuvres and a full open bar for you to enjoy. All Annual Meeting attendees are welcome! Connect with colleagues about the day’s sessions or just unwind with some tasty appetizers, a cocktail and delightful music. And, it wraps up early enough so you can still make it to you dinner reservation at that restaurant that got really great Yelp reviews.
- 27th Annual FIT Bowl Competition, Saturday, Nov. 17, 5:30 – 7:30 pm – A long-standing favorite of almost all Annual Meeting attendees, this year’s FIT Bowl has some new reasons to attend. In addition to the rowdy, rip-roaring game show that pits teams of Fellows-in-Training (FITs) from all over the world against each other, this year you can enjoy appetizers in addition to the open beer and wine bar. Bryan Martin, DO, FACAAI, will take his place once again moderating as he has so expertly and entertainingly done for the past 25+ years. Come ready to cheer on your favorite team and even test your own knowledge as our expert panel asks a variety of serious (and not so serious) questions.
If you haven’t had a chance to register yet, there’s still time! We’ll see you in Seattle!
