The College’s new Career Center elevates your job search process into an immersive, engaging experience. The new website — exclusively for ACAAI members — features a U.S. map that illuminates nearly every potential opportunity for allergy, asthma and immunology providers.
The map-based Career Center shows at a glance which sites are hiring, which sites are networking — building engagement for future openings — and which locations are not currently hiring, but may be in the future.
A special feature is map layers. This feature reveals demographics that will help you discover more about the area you are considering, including average monthly rent, average home value, standardized test score percentile, crime density percentile, walkability score, traffic and more. To access this feature, click on the “map layers” icon.
College members have the option to share their profile with employers in the markets they are following. You can build your own profile and upload multiple versions of your CV or other documents. You can apply for positions by sharing your profile and/or documents or simply ask a question if you are not yet ready to apply.
If you are an employer, you’ll be able to build deep profiles that include content, pictures and videos. You can also manage/post jobs, view and respond to applicants, and view reporting by facility or job posting.
