Do you enjoy social media? Do you have followers who are allergists or allergy patients? If so, we hope you will join our growing list of social media influencers. These are College members who help spread the word about allergy and asthma treatment via their social platforms.
At this year’s ACAAI Annual Scientific Meeting in Orlando, there are several ways you can get information out to your audience:
- Follow the meeting hashtag: #ACAAI25.
- Like and share content from the meeting posted by the College, our leaders, our Social Media Subcommittee members and other top allergist/influencers.
- Post or tweet about key learnings from your favorite sessions.
- Post your selfies from the meeting’s social events and other photo ops during the week.
- If you are attending the meeting on site, stop by the Ask the Expert session about social media on Saturday, or visit the College Resource Center to chat about engaging with the ACAAI social feeds.
- If you are attending via Livestream, don’t forget to talk up your favorite parts of the meeting.
During #ACAAI25, you’ll find the College on Instagram, X, LinkedIn and Threads. Also during the meeting, we’ll be recording 25-30 videos with member allergists on topics of interest to patients and posting them throughout the year. Look for them on our social media feeds every Friday during the coming year, and like or re-post them to your feeds.
Take a few minutes to share all the great learning from this year’s meeting. The more influencers we have participating, the more people will benefit from the latest in allergy and asthma knowledge.
