The College’s Safe Steroid Use Self-Assessment has been updated! This popular program focuses on current best practices for steroid use and is approved by the ABAI for both MOC Patient Safety and MOC Self-Assessment credit.
The module consists of 30 case-based, multiple-choice questions. Answers to the questions contain comprehensive discussions, evidence-based explanations and supporting references from current literature. The questions address four areas of safe steroid use, including: Optimal Dosing, Side Effects – Prevention and Treatment, Adverse Reactions, and Patient Management.
