Annals of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology is recognizing outstanding original research or an excellent review written by a Fellow-in-Training that has appeared in Annals. Program Directors, consider nominating a worthy FIT for the 2024 ACAAI Annals Fellows-In-Training Award.
FITs who publish the best article (original research or review) in Annals will receive a cash award of up to $2,500. Multiple winners are possible. Nominations must be received by Aug. 15, 2024 to be considered for this year’s awards.
Following are the criteria for the ACAAI Annals Fellow-in-Training Award Program:
- The article must be original research or review paper written by a fellow-in-training (FIT), with the FIT as first or senior author.
- The FIT must have been in fellowship training at the time of initial manuscript submission, and they must be a member of ACAAI.
- The paper must have been published in a print edition of Annals (not just online), between July 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024.
- The FIT must be nominated to be considered, and nominations are due by August 15, 2024.
- Nominations should be emailed to Annals@ACAAI.org.
- Nominations must include:
- Nominee’s name
- Full publication reference
- Statement of FIT’s role in the work
- Nominator’s name and contact information
