Senators Cassidy (R-LA) and Brown (D-OH) reached out to the Advocacy Council requesting we start a grassroots campaign. They asked us to encourage College member's senators to sign on to their letter urging CMS to withdraw the proposed merging of Evaluation and Management (E&M) Codes included in the 2019 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule.
The Advocacy Council then contacted each of the United State Senators personally, asking them to sign-on to the Cassidy/Brown letter and support withdrawing the consolidation of E&M codes, while offering to work with CMS to develop a different solution.
The Advocacy Council is always working for you – representing the voices and best interests of College members as well as all practicing allergists.
