The Protecting Children with Food Allergies Act – S. 121, introduced by Senators Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) is endorsed and fully supported by the College. The proposed legislation will require all School Breakfast Program and National Lunch Program school food service personnel to be trained to prevent, identify and respond to food-related allergic reactions to help protect children with food allergies.
